OpenRooms is
Every available room, one open marketplace. A UK home for supported accommodation, where people find a supported home and management agents fill vacancies faster.
Who it's for
OpenRooms brings both sides of supported accommodation together — the people looking for a supported home, and the management agents offering rooms and services.
Looking for accommodation
Search trusted supported accommodation from management agents, compare location, rent and the support on offer, then get in touch directly.
Offering accommodation
List your supported accommodation and services on one UK marketplace, reach the people who need them, and fill vacancies faster.
One marketplace for both sides: people searching for a supported home, and the management agents who provide it.
Fill vacancies with the right tenants, through referrers who already know and trust you.
List any room, from a single bedroom to a whole property, anywhere in the UK.
Reach councils, charities and people searching for a supported home in one place.
Verified providers only, so everyone knows exactly who they are dealing with.
How it works
One simple journey, whether you're searching for a supported home or providing one — with support from our team at every stage.
Tell us whether you're looking for supported accommodation or you provide it, and the areas you cover.
Agents publish rooms and services; people searching browse what's available and the support included.
Message directly, ask questions and arrange viewings — all in one place.
Verified organisations and clear listings make the next step straightforward.
OpenRooms is built for the way supported accommodation really works — whether you're searching for a home or filling one.
Every room comes from a registered organisation, so tenants and referrers can trust what they see.
Let partner agencies and managing agents refer tenants to your rooms in a few taps.
Put your rooms in front of the public bodies and charities placing supported accommodation.
Keep enquiries, viewings and updates in one thread instead of scattered inboxes.
See what's free, what's reserved and what's been filled across your whole portfolio.
Manage listings and respond to enquiries from your phone, tablet or desktop.
